Convex Adhesion Dolly for internal pipe testing using the Adhesion Tester.
The Dollies are manufactured in stainless steel and are designed to be cleaned and reused.
Convex Dollies of 20″ and below are only suitable for use with the X1004 Right Angle Adhesion Tester.
Available in the following Convex Dolly sizes: XA215 6″, XA216 8″, XA217 10″, XA218 12″, XA219 14″, XA220 16″, XA221 18″, XA222 20″, XA223 24″, XA224 30″ and XA225 36″.
Select the nearest Dolly size to suit your pipe diameter. Use the Flat Dolly for a pipe radius of 42″ and over.
Technical Specifications:
The Adhesion Tester can test both the external and internal surfaces of pipes. Because the load reacts internally within the dolly, curved surfaces of pipes can be easily tested.
To obtain a uniform tensile load, curved dollies machined to match the diameter under test need to be used.
